Any order placed on the www.afrikabio.com website implies prior acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

 

Article 1 Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions carried out via the www.afrikabio.com website.

 

 

-We undertake to accept your order subject to compliance with these general terms and conditions of sale as soon as your payment has been validated and accepted.

-The processing of your order is subject to the availability of products in stock or from our suppliers. When you place your order, we will inform you of the availability of the products you require.

-In the event of temporary unavailability (out of stock, reissue, etc.) after validation of your order, you will be informed by e-mail and you will be able to choose between a refund, a credit note or the return of the products concerned. In the event of permanent unavailability (out of stock, products not reissued), your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be informed by e-mail.

-By validating your order, you acknowledge that you fully accept these general terms and conditions of sale, which are available on the site. You hereby waive the right to invoke any contradictory document, including your own general terms and conditions of purchase. The order confirmation, together with all recorded data, will constitute proof of the transaction.

Pre-ordered items are also available at www.afrikabio.com and will be dispatched as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in their release.

 

Product packaging (jars, bottles, sachets, etc.) may vary depending on availability from our suppliers. No discount or refund will be given for the type of packaging delivered. Product photos are non-contractual. The net weight of honey may fluctuate by a few grams (+/- 3 or 4 grams), depending on the density of the honey or measurement tolerances.

 

Prices are given in euros, inclusive of tax and exclusive of delivery charges. Prices in foreign currencies are given for information only. Prices are subject to change without notice, but items will be invoiced on the basis in force when the order is placed. All orders are payable in euros. Customs duties or local taxes for deliveries outside mainland France are payable by the customer.

 

Payments can be made by :

 

-Credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) via a secure platform (Stripe)

-PayPal

 

The order will be dispatched once payment has been received. If payment is deferred, the order will not be dispatched until this has been confirmed.

 

 

-Packages are sent via Chronopost or Colissimo.

-www.afrikabio.com declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, breakage, missing products or late delivery. You can track the status of your parcel via the link provided in the order confirmation e-mail.

-You are responsible for tracking your parcel. If an unclaimed parcel is returned, we are no longer responsible if it is lost or damaged. If the parcel is returned to us, we may offer you a credit note or resend the parcel subject to new delivery charges.

-In the event of an error in the details provided when the order is placed, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

-If a parcel is received in poor condition, refuse it and make a reservation so that you can claim compensation from the carrier.

-If an item is missing, send us a photo of the inside of the parcel with the products visible. We will offer you a refund, a credit note or a return, depending on our possibilities.

-In the event of extraordinary events (strikes, natural disasters, attacks, pandemics, etc.) delaying delivery, we will not be held responsible and no refund will be made.

 

Customers have 15 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal. This right may result in the creation of a credit note, but not necessarily a refund. To exercise this right, products must be returned at your expense, in their original condition, unopened and with their packaging intact.

The refund or credit note will be issued by PayPal, credit card or bank transfer. No refund will be made if the parcel is blocked (see Article 5).
